  Hiring Process

  • We meet the employer and discuss in detail his labour needs and do a projection for the next five years based on statistics from Statistics Canada.
  • We take into consideration all the specific requirements of the employers, for example, Nationality of workers preferred, age, amount of experience and their language abilities.
  • We discuss with the employer all the requirements of HRSD especially for the expedited LMO (Labour market opinion).
  • We make all applications immediately to HRSDC on behalf of the employers.
  • Concurrently we place our recruiter’s in specific regions of the world where the employer chooses.
  • We assign access to our data base where the employer, in one week , can view all prospective workers.
  • Our International offices immediately start the recruitment process, taking into consideration all specific  Requirements. 
  • One of our Canadian agents will fly to the respective country and interview all foreign workers, ensuring all compliance of the Canadian Immigration Act and especially the employer and requirements under The National Occupation Classification. ( NOC ) .
  • We invite one of your company’s HR personnel to accompany us.
  • Each worker's profile will be sent to the HR of your company for final acceptance.
